* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected or
ongoing.
* WHERE...Mitchell County in north central Kansas...
Southern Osborne County in north central Kansas...
* WHEN...Until midnight CDT tonight.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 810 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
ongoing or earlier heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor
flooding is likely already occurring or will yet occur in the
Advisory area, due to as much as 1-3 inches of rain that has
already fallen or will yet fall prior to 930 PM CDT.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
