* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected or ongoing. * WHERE...Mitchell County in north central Kansas... Southern Osborne County in north central Kansas... * WHEN...Until midnight CDT tonight. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 810 PM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated ongoing or earlier heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is likely already occurring or will yet occur in the Advisory area, due to as much as 1-3 inches of rain that has already fallen or will yet fall prior to 930 PM CDT. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Mill Creek, West Rock Creek, Oak Creek, Fourth Creek, Little Oak Creek, East Twin Creek, Kill Creek, Covert Creek, Granite Creek, Plum Creek, Asher Creek, Walnut Creek, Little Salt Creek, Fourmile Creek, Coon Creek, Browns Creek, Rock Creek, Paradise Creek, Carr Creek, Little Walnut Creek, Marshall Creek, Twin Creek, Wolf Creek, Limestone Creek, South Fork Solomon River, Turkey Creek, Mulberry Creek, Center Twin Creek, West Asher Creek, East Asher Creek, Salt Creek, Dry Creek. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
