HAZARD...Near zero visibility with damaging wind in excess of 60 mph. SOURCE...Law enforcement. At 447 PM CDT brownout conditions reported along I-70 between mile markers 36 and 40. Another wall of dust was approaching at the time of report. IMPACT...Dangerous life-threatening travel. * This includes Interstate 70 in Kansas between mile markers 36 and 67.
