* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...Portions of west central Illinois, including the following areas, Hancock and Henderson, Iowa, including the following areas, Des Moines, Henry IA, Iowa, Jefferson, Keokuk, Lee, Louisa, Van Buren and Washington, and northeast Missouri, including the following areas, Clark and Scotland. * WHEN...Through Monday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Very high atmospheric moisture across the area will bring heavy rain from several rounds of thunderstorms. Rainfall rates of 2 to 3 inches per hour are possible.
