In west central Illinois, McDonough and Warren. * WHEN...Through this evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Very high atmospheric moisture across the area will bring heavy rain from several rounds of thunderstorms. Rainfall rates of 2 to 3 inches per hour are possible.
