Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...A portion of west central Illinois, including the
following county, Fulton.
* WHEN...Until 715 PM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 416 PM CDT, emergency management reported multiple roads
inundated with standing water in the advisory area due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Canton, Cuba, St. David, Smithfield, Bryant, Norris and
Fiatt.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
