Description:
A cold front is moving through the area this evening and tonight,
bringing wind gusts up to 45 mph and localized blowing dust to the
Snake Plain, Malheur County, and SW Idaho Highlands. The strongest
gusts taper off around midnight as precipitation increases. Gusts
in highlands and ridgelines remain elevated overnight
