Description: 
* WHAT...For the Dense Fog Advisory, visibility one quarter mile or less at times in dense fog. For the High Wind Watch, west winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 70 mph possible. * WHERE...East Laramie County. * WHEN...For the Dense Fog Advisory, until noon MDT today. Dense fog may begin to dissipate around 11am. For the High Wind Watch, from Thursday morning through Thursday evening. * IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including campers and tractor trailers. Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous.
Instruction: 
A High Wind Watch means there is the potential for a hazardous high wind event. Sustained wind speeds of at least 40 MPH or gusts of 58 MPH or stronger may occur. Continue to monitor the latest forecasts. If driving, slow down, use your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
