* WHAT...West winds 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 75 mph possible. * WHERE...Central Carbon County, Ferris/Seminoe/Shirley Mountains, Shirley Basin, Upper North Platte River Basin, Central Laramie County, and Laramie Valley. * WHEN...From late Wednesday night through Saturday evening. * IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including campers and tractor trailers. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wildland fire danger will be very high. Fires could spread very quickly through grasslands without snow cover.
