* WHAT...West winds 35 to 45 mph, with gusts up to 65 mph possible. * WHERE...Snowy and Judith Mountains, Bears Paw Mountains and Southern Blaine, Fergus County below 4500ft, Hill County, and Northern Blaine County. * WHEN...From late Wednesday night through Thursday afternoon. * IMPACTS...Damaging winds may blow down trees and power lines. Power outages are possible. Travel could be very difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blowing dust could also reduce visibility at times.
