* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall. * WHERE...The island of Oahu in Honolulu County. * WHEN...Until 400 PM HST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding on roads, poor drainage areas, and in streams. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1255 PM HST, radar indicated moderate to locally heavy showers over windward Oahu. Rain was falling at a rate of up to 1 inch per hour, with the heaviest showers occurring around Kailua and Waimanalo. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Kaaawa, Waikane, Punaluu, Waiahole, Hauula, Kahaluu, Ahuimanu, Laie, Kahuku, Kaneohe, Kaneohe Marine Base, Maunawili, Kailua, Waimanalo, Kahana Valley State Park, Kualoa, Heeia, Malaekahana State Park, Waimea Valley and Pupukea.
Instruction: 
Stay away from streams, drainage ditches and low lying areas prone to flooding.
