Description:
* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Guam, Rota, Saipan and Tinian.
* WHEN...Through Monday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- A broad disorganized tropical disturbance is interacting with
a shear line, and will continue to impact the Marianas
through Monday afternoon. Showers with locally heavy rainfall
remain possible during this time frame. An additional 4 to 6
inches of rain is possible across the Marianas with locally
higher amounts possible as this system evolves.
