Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues, with
additional flooding possible.
* WHERE...Portions of southeast Ohio, including the following
counties, Athens, Gallia, Jackson OH, Meigs, Morgan, Perry, Vinton
and Washington, and portions of West Virginia, including the
following counties, Doddridge, Jackson WV, Mason, Pleasants,
Ritchie, Tyler, Wirt and Wood.
* WHEN...Into Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in additional flooding of
rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone
locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- A half inch to locally an inch and a half of rainfall is
possible through Friday morning on top of what's already
fallen. This can lead to additional flooding issues.

Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
