Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of southeast Ohio, including the following
counties, Athens, Gallia, Jackson OH, Meigs, Morgan, Perry, Vinton
and Washington and West Virginia, including the following
counties, Doddridge, Jackson WV, Mason, Pleasants, Ritchie, Tyler,
Wirt and Wood.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Thunderstorms may
also lead to isolated flash flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- 1.00 to 1.50 inch of rainfall is possible through Friday
morning on top of what's already fallen. This can lead to
additional flooding issues.

Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
