* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Illinois, including
the following counties, in east central Illinois, Clark and
Cumberland. In southeast Illinois, Clay, Crawford, Effingham,
Jasper, Lawrence and Richland.
* WHEN...Through Thursday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Moderate to heavy rains with periods of thunderstorms will
bring 1-2 inches of rain from this afternoon through early
Thursday morning with locally higher amounts possible.
