* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...A portion of northern New Jersey, including the following
county, Hunterdon.
* WHEN...Until 530 AM EST.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 313 AM EST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
indicated heavy rain has ended however runoff continues
across the warned area.
- For Neshanic at Reaville:
At 3:00am the stage was 7.41 feet.
Flood Stage is 6.5 feet.

Instruction:
Turn around...don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most
flood deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
