Clifty Creek at Hartsville.
Sugar Creek near Edinburgh.
Mill Creek near Cataract.
Youngs Creek at Amity.
.Total rainfall amounts of 3 to over 5 inches of rain across much of
central and southern Indiana is bringing minor to moderate flooding
across many fast responding waterways in the area. Additional
rainfall over the weekend and next week could bring additional
flooding.
* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Clifty Creek at Hartsville.
* WHEN...Until late tomorrow morning.
* IMPACTS...At 9.0 feet, Flooding begins in low spot along Clifty
Creek.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 12:00 PM EST Thursday the stage was 9.4 feet.
- Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
ending at 12:00 PM EST Thursday was 10.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise to 9.9 feet late this
afternoon. It will then fall late this afternoon. It will
rise to 10.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood
stage late tonight.
- Flood stage is 9.0 feet.
