Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...The following counties, in southwest Ohio, Butler and
Warren. In west central Ohio, Montgomery and Preble.
* WHEN...Until 800 AM EST.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads
remain closed due to flooding. Low-water crossings are inundated
with water and may not be passable.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 244 AM EST, local law enforcement reported flooding in the
warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are possible.
- Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Hamilton, Kettering, Middletown, Fairfield, Mason, Oxford,
Miamisburg, Lebanon, Springboro, Monroe, Trenton, Franklin,
Bellbrook, Moraine, Carlisle, South Middletown, West
Carrollton, Ross, Camden and Gratis.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

your report via social media, when you can do so safely.
