- At 1109 AM EST, gauge reports from slow moving thunderstorms
overnight and early this morning showed between 2.25 and 3.5
inches of rain have fallen. There is a break from heavy
rainfall, but flooding remains ongoing across the warned
area.

Flat Rock, Princes Lakes, Geneva, Morgantown, Hartsville,
