Description: 
At 356 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong wind producing thunderstorms along a line extending from 10 miles south of Fowler to 7 miles southwest of Rocky Ford to 8 miles east of Timpas. Movement was northeast at 45 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Blowing dust could reduce visibility down to a mile. Locations impacted include... La Junta, North La Junta, Rocky Ford, Las Animas, Ordway, Swink, Manzanola, Olney Springs, Sugar City, Cheraw, Crowley, John Martin Reservoir, and Fort Lyon.
Instruction: 
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 900 PM MDT for southeastern Colorado.
