Southwestern Kit Carson County in east central Colorado... * Until 1045 PM MDT. * At 951 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 10 miles north of Boyero, or 17 miles southwest of Flagler, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...Two inch hail and 60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of northwestern Cheyenne and southwestern Kit Carson Counties in east central Colorado. This includes Interstate 70 in Colorado between mile markers 390 and 410.
