Description:
At 739 PM MDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from
near Ovid to 6 miles southeast of Holyoke, or along a line from near
Julesburg to 6 miles southeast of Holyoke, moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and small hail.
SOURCE...Weather station reported.
IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to mobile
homes, roofs, and outbuildings.
Locations impacted include...
Holyoke, Julesburg, Ovid, Sedgwick, Paoli, Sixteen-Mile Corner,
Amherst, Fairfield, Marks Butte and Pleasant Valley.
Instruction:
Anyone outdoors should move to shelter inside a well-built structure
and stay away from windows. These storms have produced widespread
damaging winds.
