* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...North Central Elbert County in east central Colorado... Arapahoe County in northeastern Colorado... * WHEN...Until 1000 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry creeks. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 655 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This may cause small stream flooding. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Wilson Creek, East Bijou Creek, and Middle Bijou Creek. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Mainly rural areas of North Central Elbert and Arapahoe Counties.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
