* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

- At 555 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This may cause small stream flooding.
- This includes the following streams and drainages...
Rattlesnake Creek, Comanche Creek, Wolf Creek, Little Comanche
Creek and West Bijou Creek.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Mainly rural areas of Northwestern Elbert and Arapahoe Counties.
Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
