* WHAT...Urban area and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...West Central Adams County in northeastern Colorado... West Central Denver County in northeastern Colorado... * WHEN...Until 615 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 419 PM MDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This may cause urban and small stream flooding. - This includes the following streams and drainages... Sand Creek, Second Creek, Third Creek and First Creek. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Northern Denver, Commerce City, Brighton and Henderson.
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
