* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 31 below expected. * WHERE...Central Piscataquis, Northern Penobscot, Southeast Aroostook, Northeast Aroostook, Northwest Aroostook, Northern Piscataquis, and Northern Somerset Counties. * WHEN...Until 7 AM EST this morning. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 30 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.
Instruction: 
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves. Keep pets indoors as much as possible.
