* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 26 below expected. * WHERE...Central Piscataquis, Northern Penobscot, and Southeast Aroostook Counties. * WHEN...From 1 AM to 7 AM EST Monday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 26 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 15 minutes. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.
Instruction: 
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves. Keep pets indoors as much as possible.
