Description: 
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 45 below. * WHERE...Kuskokwim Delta. * WHEN...Until 1 PM AKST Monday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 45 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Frostbite and hypothermia are likely if exposed to these temperatures. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A brisk northeast wind has not allowed for wind chills to recover much today with another frigid night ahead. Temperatures are expected to slightly warm tomorrow with decreasing winds, allowing wind chills to potentially rise above -40 Monday afternoon.
Instruction: 
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
