Description:
* WHAT...Very cold temperatures or wind chills as low as 15 to 25
below zero expected.
* WHERE...Southeastern St. Lawrence, Southern Franklin, and Western
Clinton Counties.
* WHEN...From 1 AM to 8 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 15 to 25
below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as
30 minutes. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with
prolonged exposure.
Instruction:
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
