* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 65 below expected.
* WHERE...South Slopes Of The Central Brooks Range and South Slopes
Of The Eastern Brooks Range.
* WHEN...Until noon AKST Sunday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 65 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 5 minutes.
Instruction:
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
