Description: 
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 45 below. * WHERE...Kuskokwim Delta. * WHEN...Until 1 PM AKST Sunday. * IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 45 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes. Frostbite and hypothermia are likely if exposed to these temperatures. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind chills will be below -40F during the nighttime hours. Daytime wind chills may rise to the -20s due to diurnal swings in temperatures. A slight, short-lived warming trend begins Sunday night into Monday.

Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a hat, and gloves.
